⏳ Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

🔎 Condition for Returns

Returned sarees must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• With original tags and packaging intact

🚚 Return Process

• Contact us via email at sadiwalegroup@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9404567440 with your order number and reason for return.

• Include photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We offer both courier pickup (in select areas) and self-ship options.

💸 Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), Sadiwale covers the return shipping.

• For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All items are returnable, including customized and final sale products.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Refunds are credited within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
